About Breezy Living

Thank you for your interest in Breezy Living!  Our names are Jim & Laurine.  In January 2022, we began self-managing our beach home, Sterling Breeze 2107, with the desire to provide a 5-STAR vacation experience for our guests.  We purchased our condo, affectionately named Breezy Living, in April 2021 after selling a condo we lived in and then rented out as a long term rental for many years.  After having a property manager for the first season, we knew our guests were not getting the level of service we strive for so we decided to do it ourselves.  As they say, no one else will care more about your guests or property more than you.  We hope we have the opportunity to host your next vacation.  See you at the Beach!
